Rejection Letter Number 2

I have gotten my second rejection letter from an agent. I am starting to get the hang of this. Now what I need to do is find an agent that represents fantasy. It is difficult because the list I am working off of is not very big, but I really want to get a reputable agent. Trust is important in this particular business and I need one I can trust.

At any rate, just updating you to the latest results. Wish me luck going forward.

In my very first writing conference, I went to a panel where the speaker told us not to lose faith until our rejection count was into the triple digits. That sounded depressing, but when I learned how many rejections so many published authors had suffered, I felt better.

The best rejection letter advice I ever got was to congratulate yourself every time one comes in. IT MEANS YOU'RE IN THE GAME.
